The next three weekends will celebrate three unique experiences for me. Exciting, but palm-sweating!
The first and third weekends provide opportunities to preach in Japanese. Tomorrow (Oct 17) at Seattle Japanese Presbyterian Church and on the 31st at Eiko Church in Kirkland. I suppose that this is not too unusual since the Lord gave me regular preaching assignments in Japan for many years. But since we left Japan in 2004, this will only be my second and third opportunity in the States to share God’s Word in Japanese.
Then on the 23rd and 24th I will be in Chicago and Minneapolis to share in our first attempts at half-day RJC conferences. These are exciting times.
